  3. hamburger helper?

  4. bologna on white bread, mac and cheese with hot dogs, spam, blt's.....

  5. Grits with baloney gravy

Can't tell you any measurn' stuff cuz real cooks don't measure!

You gotta buy the right baloney. It should be a non national brand, have a plastic casing, contain no turkey, and be bright red.

Fry the bologna in a cast iron skillet, if you have bacon dripping use them for grease. (In the future save all the grease from bacon in a tin can you keep under your sink. Don't worry about putin' a lid on it, it'll crust over and be fine) If you dont got bacon drippin's you could put your flip flops on and walk over to your half-sisters trailer, but it's just easier to just use lard.

When the baloneys done cooking, take it out of the pan, add some water to the remaining grease, and scrape the black stuff of the bottom. Once it boils down some, add a little flour to thicken.

I ain't a gonna tell you how to cook grits, you are on the internet, so you must can read.

That's grits and baloney gravy, perfect for feedin your youngins when your hung over.
