White Water Rafting in San Francisco Bay Area?

Question

Can anyone recommend a place/company in the Bay Area for white water rafting? For a group of inexperienced and not particularly athletic (but certainly healthy) young adults in their mid-20s. If you have personal experience and can vouch for the company, all the better.

Not sure where in SF you plan to white water raft as the main recreational water is the Bay.. I believe that almost all of the the rafting is at least 2 hours east from the city (with no traffic). You might with all of the companies I listed below have to provide your transpiration to the rafting site.
