  1. I always heard that if you have white spots on your nail bed then you have a calcium deficiency.  Drink more milk or eat other foods high in calcium. (Cheese is a good one)

But it can also be caused by smashing your thumb or some other kind of trauma to the nail.

  2. The white spots are usually caused by damage to the nail bed at the cuticle. You banged it on something in the past month. You just have to let it grow out. There isn't much you can do about it after it has happened.

  3. a good medicine which my parents advice me is take one lemon and make a hole in it thn insert ur thumb and keep it for one hour and practise this for three to four days ur prob wil be cured

  4. Very simple! you can use nail pant on it,so that it hide.

  5. drink milk or take calcium tablet

  6. If you notice white spots, also known as leukonychia, on your nails, they unlikely to have been caused by a vitamin or mineral deficiency. In a few cases, white spots on fingernails can indicate an underlying infection, but much more commonly, they are the result of injury. Similar to bruising, white spots on fingernails do not show up immediately. It may take several days or weeks before you notice the spots, because they are generally the result of a minor injury.
