White bread or wheat? please help me...?

i'm about to eat a sandwich and cannot decide whether to use white bread or wheat. please help me with this, i don't know what to do...and i 'm really hungry.

with me, it would depend on what the meat was I was using.   However, for health sake, use the Wheat.

Well white tastes better bu wheat is better for you so ???? I'd probably go for the white myself.

They do make a white//wheat mix from wonder. I's ok too...

Go with wheat it is definitely healthier than white bread. White bread lacks nutrients because of bleaching.

Wheat bread is healthier...I wish I had only this kind of problem to worry about!!! You should chose one already and eat!!
