White bump on my gums?

I got 2 teeth removed, and on the place where they gave the shot on my gums, theres a white bump that looks a zit.

That is a reaction to the injection and will go away after awhile. I might turn into a canker sore before it gets better if you are prone to getting them. Try warm salt rinses.
