Question:

White bumps on my hands?

For a week now I've been noticing some small white blistery looking bumps on the under sides of both of my hands. When the skin on them is broken, nothing comes out however it's just skin underneath. Like a small white circle with another layer of skin under the bump. They are mostly on my fingers though, not on my palms. More seem to show up every time I get out of the shower. I'm not exactly sure what this could be. Any help?

  1. those bumps are caused by using your hands a lot and then showering. The water gets between tiny cracks in the outer skin and makes the edges of those breaks turn white... saturated, hense the bump appearance. Lotion and maybe a scrub of somesort to sluff off the dead skin cells.

  2. Could be just callus.  If you have been doing anything different with your hands then skin layers build up and callus forms.  Just stop doing what you have been doing, moisturise your hands and hopefully they will go aay after time.
