which caribbean country has the biggest percentage of white people?

Cuba, Puerto Rico and St Barts have large numbers of whites. Cuba about 50%, Puerto Rico about 50% (although most puerto ricans have at least SOME white heritage, and most whites have at least SOME african and native ancestry). St Barts especially though. St Barts couldnt support sugarcane, so slavery wasnt big there and most people who settled there were poor white frenchmen.

In The Bahamas, there are islands where descendants of white settlers live, but  color is not an issue there, they are all Bahamians.
