White cheesy sauce at Mexican Restaurants???

Does anyone know where I can get or how to make the white cheesy sauce that you get on your food at some Mexican Restaurants??

go to ur local supermarket and go to the the cheese or ethnic section and u can find it. its not cheese its sour creme and one of the name brands are la margaritas.

It is just "chihuahua" cheese melted it is mexican melting white cheese

make a white sauce with a little flour and oil, lightly browned add milk to make a thick sauce and stir in the cheese until the consistancy you want
