There's a white chocolate pudding mix ....  maybe you could add that to some ice cream, milk on the blender.   Or.... International has a wonderful liquid creamer out now, called White Chocolate Mudslide.  You could add some to ice cream and put that on the blender.....

I don't think you can get white chocolate powder so you'll need to melt some white chocolate and whilst you do that throw in some white chcolate ice cream or vanilla and some milk and stir, then put the mixture in a blender and add more ice cream so it goes cold
