White flashing dot on one HD channel?

Question

I have a new Samsung 46LNA650 and notice a flashing white dot near the center and sometimes a second one in bottom right corner Only on national geographic hd... is this most likely the tv or the channel? looks like a dead couple pixels or something... but other channels are fine

anyone else notice this? its noticeable on this tv and is annoying as it is my fave channel

Yeah, it's just the channel. Your tv is fine.

artifacts such as this are usually a result of a poor signal,

or interference.

because this is consistent,it could also be caused by poor resolution

conversion,and most likely on the broadcasters end.
