White internet pages & Internet pages stop working??

Question

ok so i whenever i exit an internet page the page gets faded and i sign pops out that says "Internet explore has stop working" and "it checks for problem" and then a sign pops that says close program.

WHAT DO I DO ??

PLEASE HELP

Internet explorer should be reinstalled. The only way to do this is to reinstall Vista.
