not being racist, but as a black person I think that the darker you are your nails look pretty with light colors. I lovee white nail polish. my best friend, who is italian prefers black nail polish. they call us ying&yang lol. but its really your decision. good luck =]]

White with a tan (even if it's slight) but black if you don't have a tan. Also white can make the illusion of a tan so really your choice.
