Not trying to be rude. Or rascist. I love people of every color. I just want to know how it makes you feel.

  1. I will also probably be dead by then ... but who cares , if some racists need to keep the majority , they'd better start making lots of babies quickly.

  2. it definitely does not matter.

we are all people, who cares what the color is.

    not me.

  3. I'm not white but I'll answer your question anyway.  I don't think it will make a difference when whites are the minority.  As we saw in South Africa and pretty much all throughout history, white people find ways to dominate others no matter how outnumbered they are.

  4. Why would that bother anyone? That is kind of racist to say? Anyways according to statistics, in 40 more years everyone will be caramel colored anyways. Who really cares? Were all human.

  5. I'm only responding to "correct" something our media has a tendency to do, and that is, create sensational headlines that are, at best, half-truths and, at worst, just whorish maneuvers to sell their wares.

I did see a similar headline earlier today and, as someone interested in truth in advertising, speaking truth to power, and using statistics to help inform for improved decision-making, I was also compelled to read the entire article and not fall victim to the hyperbole of media-heads.

The fact of the matter is that Caucasians will not be a minority in 2042 UNLESS those using the census statistics to create sensationalism, actually use the COMBINED totals of all minority cohorts (i.e., Hispanic [30%], African American [15%],and Asian [9%]) to make the point.

As such, based on a one-to-one relationship with any one category of minority, Caucasians will remain the majority cohort in the US for decades beyond 2050.

Please know that I did not reply to this post to report how I'd feel whether I was a minority or not ... I felt the more important message to get across in my reply was that the media headline about this is disingenuous as well as hysteria-baiting.

  6. the problem for white people is they keep using condoms and birth control. everyone else just has a bunch of kids.

  7. i dont care

  8. Yes, by 2050, whites will make up 46 percent of the population and blacks will make up 15 percent, a relatively small increase from today. Hispanics, who make up about 15 percent of the population today, will account for 30 percent in 2050, according to the new projections.

I don't actually care as I don't live my life around numbers.  Thanks for the info though.

  9. I'll be dead by then.

  10. i really don't care. help me please!http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

  11. people who think it doesnt matter are insane and brainwashed

  12. We may not be the majority in terms of numbers...but minorities are notorious for their lack of voting.  As such, it behooves me to let you know, until these minorities realize that they are not as such, they are such, such meaning minorities.

  13. It does not make me feel good. It makes me feel concerned. But it would also make me feel more special as a white person because I would be a rarer commodity.

  14. i think itll b awsome and cant wait i think its time to give other ppl a chance to control the world we hve messed it up enough lol

  15. Dont really care...

  16. I live in Southern Georgia.  I am already part of the minority.  It doesn't bother me at all.

  17. Great! I can finally say the line "the man is tryin to keep me down"! LOL
