White ring on table top?

Question

How can I remove the white ring on a table top? I think that it might have been caused by moisture from a sweating glass or spilled liquid. Thanks for your help.

Wipe with a paper towel and vegetable oil,

white ring is from sweating glass set on table...

water leaches the natural oils out of the wood.....

wiping with vegetable oil puts them back

   Cut an English walnut meat in half and wipe the walnut oil on the white spot.  Let it sit so the wood absorbs it, then use a dry cloth to wipe away any residue.

I've used mayo on wood furniture white rings and it worked.  Also, try old english scratch remover.
