Texas' pitching staff is coming off arguably their best game this year.  However, their hitting has been off since the All-Star break.  They have been outscored 20-3 (they won yesterday 1-0).  They've sort of just hovered around .500 all year.  It'll be Scott Feldman vs. Javier Vazquez, who have similar numbers.  I'll take the Rangers just because their offense is bound to come around sometime.
