Question

how many calories are in white rice

and how many are in brown rice??

its cuz im going on a diet and im asian (fillippino) and they basically east rice wit everything!!!!!!!

so i need to kno wich ones has less cal.

They are about the same in calories but, eating brown rice would be better because there is less processing and is overall way healthier.  I&#039;m sure the bleaching takes out some of the best nutrients.  I don&#039;t see any reason why not to eat brown rice because to me it tastes better.  Hope that helps!!!! :)

I think they&#039;re about the same in calories, but brown rice is less processed and higher in fiber so it&#039;s healthier.

i think brown. i think white has been bleached, but im not sure? look it up

they have the same amount of calories.  1/2 cup is equlivent to 1 piece of bread.
