White specs on glass?

in my fish tank there are little white specs on the glass that move very slowly. what is it?

  1. My tank has white specs, but they are from the water drying and leaving a streak (when i was filling it.) But mine dont move! This is just a guess, but if they are moving i guess it is some type of fungus or bacteria?!?
