Question:

White spots on back....?

for the past 7 years i've had 2 spots the size of quarters on my back. they used to have freckles in the middle of them but those have disappeared over the years. now they're just white circles. but now all the sudden i've been gettin more and more on my back and shoulder. what is this?? (and i do tan in a tanning bed and outside at the lake)

  1. It might be tinea versicolor but only a doctor can say for sure. If you get a doctor to confirm this he will likely tell you to use Nizoral shampoo to the spots for a few minutes/day. A lot of people who go to tanning beds get this.

    And here's my advice to stop more spots from forming,

    STOP TANNING. IT"S BAD FOR YOU AND YOU'RE HEALTH.

    YOU SHOULDN'T BE SO EMBARRASSED ABOUT YOUR NATURAL SKIN TONE:

    and if you are then I would recommend a serious reality check.

Yeah I would make an appointment with the Dermatologist and ask her what exactly it is.I would stay out of a tanning bed as well.If you want to get some Sun just get it outside naturally and dont stay out for more than 30 minutes at a time unless you naturally have Dark Skin.You increase your chance for Skin Cancer if you stay in the Sun too much.Dont over do it.
