White spots on my oscars head?

its not ick they are big white spots one is in the middle of his eye i didnt notice this last night but i dont think it could be hole in the head i dont feed him feeders and hes very active and has not lost his appatite and there is several of these spots they goo all the way back to his fin

my first thought was ick, but however he can be contracting a fungus from his leftover food sitting in the tank. I wouldn't drain the tank yet because if he is sick then he probably is stressed trying to regenerate his slime coat. go to the nearest office, and look for a fungus treatment. it will say as needed what needs to be done. and then after about a week, or as you see his fungus clear up you can drain the tank.

My two oscars often get this and it normally happens when they crash in to something my oscars are often headbutting the rocks etc when swimming round the tank, but it will heal.
