Ok so for the past like 2-3 weeks i wake up every morning and there is this one white spot on each of my two front teeth. I brush my teeth every morning and night but i don't know how to get rid of it or what its from. It usually fades throughout the day and ends up mostly going away by nighttime but every morning it just shows up again. Please any advice on how to get rid of it or what its caused from?!?!?! thanks

  1. white spots on teeth r probably caused by high fluoride intake in diet through water especially.... this is called motteling on enamel.... u can get rid of it by informing d test laboratories 4 checking d fluoride content in water and look upon it...

  2. Since it is fading and reappearing I would say it is possibly some decalcified areas....Do you sleep with your mouth open?  If so the areas would dry out more and become more prominent in the morning upon waking...then during the day with more fluid and saliva, they disappear...

If so, try the MI paste (google it) it is good for decalcifications....
