Question:

White spots on teeth?

by  |  earlier

Today after I brushed my teeth I noticed 2 or 3 white spots.

I'm vegan, so am I not getting enough calcium or something?

Do they go away? is there a way to make them go away?

  1. Carbonated drinks, it's possible you have these 'spots' because of drinking too much soda.

just continue brushing normally, they'll go away after 1-2 days.

    Hope that helped.

  2. No, it is not because you are lacking "calcium or something".

The white spots are due to the fact that you drink too much soda, in sodas there are types a of "carbon" + soda.

White spot do fade away (rarely), but slow down on the soda! Keep brushing at least twice a day, and flossing at least once a day!

  3. hypo plastic enamel. The white spot is inside the tooth. It will not go. Bettre to leave it alone.

  4. They're ginger spots (this can ruin your teeth or gums). Next time you go to your dentist ask about them for some more information.

  5. It's from fluoride. They don't go away.

  6. usually id say plaque but after brushing your teeth no

  7. 'before it's too late' ?

    he aint gonna die god..

just try going to dentist explain and show them this..

i'm sure its just lack of calcium or some nutritional thing..

    they'll recommend you buy/try something

    dont worry :)

  8. A number of reasons can lead to white spots on your teeth.  Sometimes they are caused by nutrition, genetics, or too much fluoride.

I suggest you make yourself a dentist appt before its too late.

  9. I would see your dentist about it my friend had white spots on her teeth and she had to get pearl caps on them because she had a calcium deficiency
