when i woke up the other day i had a white spot on my tooth but it went away shortly after. then this morning when i woke up i have one on both of my front teeth on the inner side of them. there right against the gum at the top of my teeth. my teeth arent in the best shape. i've had bulimia before and as a result my i lost a lot of enamel off my teeth. i read that if you have white spots on yur enamel is thin that it means that your tooth is decaying and that it will crack or crumble soon? is this true? im so paranoid and im driving myself crazy. i cannot afford to go to the dentist right now i have absolutely no money coming in at the moment. is there something i can do to prevent it? would pro-namel help?
