White stuff coming from my leg?

There's this small pimpleish looking thing on my upper leg with a slit at the bottom of it, but it isn't a pimple. I've had it for a long time there, so one day I decided to see if I could pop it... When I tried, there was white stuff coming out in a small line.

It's most likely a sebaceous cyst, they're harmless and can appear in various places, it's merely a cosmetic issue, they look like lumps in the skin but they don't have a head like a pimple does but when squeezed they produce white creamy discharge usually in a line. The only treatment is having them drained or they can be surgically removed but they're not dangerous so it's best to just leave them alone or pop them yourself.
