White teeth?

How can i make my teeth nice and white without using any medical stuff.... What i mean is, is they're any way i can make them white with everyday stuff?

yeah i heard baking soda works wonders...when your going to brush your teeth dip your toothbrush in baking soda and mix it with your toothpaste. you can do it plain and it really works but i heard its really hard on your enamel so only do it once or twice a week

ummmm bite a strawberry && then rub it all over your teeth works great and also give you great breath....
