White vinegar to kill weeds?

There will be more weeds back before the soil will support anything else. Put on some garden gloves and start pulling. I use one of these.

Please understand that vinegar does not discriminate.  It will kill any plant life that you might want to keep , too.   I recommend going to your hardware store and buying a scuffle hoe. They cost about $15.

It clears the ground of grass and weeds by cutting them off at the roots It takes only a few minutes to clear a good sized area and you can replant immediately.  I use it for clearing beds for planting, weeding, edging.  It is truly an all purpose tool.  Here's a pic.

Chemicals are proven to work better on weeds in lawns.  Ortho Weed B Gone Max is a good liquid weed control to use now. Usually the saying is if the lawn is more than half weeds its time to re do it.
