Mix a teaspoon of baking soda with two teaspoons of water and brush. Then use regular tooth paste and brush again.

many many ways ... there are many products that help whitening your teeth such as special toothpastes or whitening strips ...although they can help but they only make your teeth a few scales ( shades)whitter but if you need a bleaching process you can visit your dentist and i recomment you to visit a specialist in operative dentstry ... they  do esthetic dentistry and there are many products that help to make your teeth whitter in afew sessions ... but it is not permanent you have to repeat the procudure once in a while
