  1. Under no circumstances should you put bleach in your mouth. I know you wont swallow it, but 1. it will damage your teeth, 2. residue from it will stay on your teeth and be flushed into your system with saliva.

Peroxide is fine to use... it is safe. Mix peroxide, baking soda and strawberries.

  2. PLEASE do not put bleach in your mouth. Just dont.

Brush alot. Peroxide and baking soda, idk if you should mix them, im not a chemist, will help. You could get them professionally whitened.

  3. You can have them professionally whitened at a dental care clinic which would be a lot safer and beneficial. I have heard bleach can damage your  enamel, but I cannot confirm that for sure. Before experimenting with any further substances I would advise you consult with a dentist just to be safe.

  4. Hydrogen peroxide is a good teeth whitener for bleaching at home. Peroxide whiteners come in a gel and are placed in a mouthguard. You can use this guard overnight over 1-2 weeks, within which time you should see results.

If you get the bleaching solution from your dentist, he or she can make a custom-fitted mouthguard that will fit your teeth precisely.

  5. Commercial tooth whiteners use hydrogen peroxide and are expensive and inconvenient. A cheap and natural tooth whitening home remedy uses few strawberries but certain precautions have to be taken. I found the information at http://www.aches.in/toothwhitening.html
