Whitewater Rafting in West Virginia?

I am going whitewater rafting in the lower new river in WV. I am doing the premier lower new with the 14 foot boat and this will be our first time...is this a exciting it says it's rating is between 3-4 so will it be fun and exciting for the first time because I don't want anything boring?
