Question:

Whitish Residue

A whitish residue has developed on all dishware, especially glasses. The stainless steel interior of the Kitchenaid automatic dishwasher has also been affected. We have hard water and use a natural powdered cleaner from Biokleen.Phosphate and chlorine free, it contains a natural oxygen known as sodium percarbonate and extracts ofgrapefruit & orange. The glassware has been always clean until recently. It is the best natural product that we've found. Is this a clogged filter problem? I don't know where it would even be located. Thanks,Tim Hoffman
