Whn shooting outside and inside english how will i shoot the cue and object ball?

all depends on your set up for next shot,,, if you use  they have english usually is right and left and center ,,, you have lower upper and middle of all,, but its hard to tell you based on your question,, its too general,, are you playing 8 or 9 ball, how long is your table 7 or 8' , how long of a shot  are you playing before next shot,, is it straight, a rail or a bank shot,,, is it a combination shot,,  too many factors to go on  just that vauge of a question   SORRY

Concentrate on your hand that moves the cue. Have good follow-through and never hit the ball too hard when using english.

That's what to do for best results. Practice.

English will throw the object ball a little. Right hand english will throw the object ball left and vice versa. You will need to allow for this in your shot. You can check this by setting two balls up inline and shooting an object ball straight up table. With top or bottom the object ball travells straight (or nearly so), with english the object ball will be thrown a little to opposite side the english was played on. This can be  a big help in making some tight shots.
