o shoot, i wasn't putting the fact that killer whales aren't TOO much smaller than megaladons, so instead of 36, let's go with 4.

  1. Killer whales have a lot of power. They can take basically anything down smaller, or bigger than themselves. A pod with 36 orcas has a lot of muscle and power.

  2. Funniest Question of the Day

I vote for Shamu and Company to win

  3. i think the pod of whales, but if it were possible to observe such an event, who would be so crazy that they would get near it to watch?

  4. Well, I'd say it'd be a non-event, since killer whales tend to hang in colder climes where they are less likely to run into this prehistoric beastie...  Now if 36 killer whales were motivated to do the deed, I don't see anything standing in their way.  Fair enough?

  5. i'd say 36 killer whales.  i mean the power of that big of a number is too overwhelming even for such a large shark.  i'm sure that shark ain't too much bigger than the killer whales.  so the whales win by far.

  6. killer whales are really big.  It would only take, like, 3 or 4 full grown ones to be as big as megalodon, so 36 of them would be, like 9 or 12 megaladons.  Plus they are mammals, so they've got a better nervous system, better musculature, better brains, better organization, and are faster and smarter in almost every way.  The megaladon is just a big fish.  The fish wouldn't stand a chance.
