I'm a native NYer, and remember Namath (at the end of his career) as a kid. I liked them because their team color is green, my favorite. When I lived upstate, I mostly followed the Steelers as the Bills were awful and the Jets weren't on TV all the time. I moved downstate at 18 and became a Jets fan again -- they are the perennial underdogs. The loveable losers. Kind of like me and Charlie Brown. Go JETS!
