I'd say coach K.     He seems to deal better with the egos than Phil does.

it is much easier to be dominant in college than it is to be in a league of professionals. the duke team is usually pretty good, but then when they go to the league, most of them end up being busts. so this question is hard, since they both coach on totally different levels

Think about it , Phil Jackson is one of the greatest Basketball coaches in NBA history. Coach Krzyzwski, well if he was better than Phil Jackson, he would probably have got tons of offers to coach an NBA team. So, ya Phil Jackson is the better coach.

Coach K. Phil Jackson just sits there and says nothing the whole game. he is way to over rated. I mean, I would be the best coach in the leauge if I had the best two player to ever live every time I coach.
