Who's at fault in this situation?

Question

I was driving in a residential area, car in front of me was in the middle of the road going really slow with no blinker on.. It goes to make a (what i thought) was a left turn so I had enough room to go straight and pass it on the right but the car was really making a wide right turn (turning the wheel left then right) and it hit me. Who's at fault? Me for passing on the right or them for having no blinker, driving in the middle of the road and making a horrible turn?

I hate to say it, but i think that you are at fault.  Same situation happen to my friend.  She was found at fault because of passing on the right. Might be different in your state?  Not sure.

You are at fault . The guy was stupid , but you`re still considered at fault .

Sorry but it's your fault. You should have waited for the car to make either left or right turn.
