Yeah I'm going there to look for a job and I live in Philadelphia. my question is, does anyone know a bus route that goes there? People tell me the 14 goes there but the 14 i know goes to Neshaminy mall.

Another question: Does anyone know how long it takes to get there by Septa?

And is there any types on zone fees or something?

  1. The 14 does go up to Oxford Valley Mall  (but it only runs every half hour)   so you have to make sure you get the right one  (since the 14 actually runs about every 10 minutes, it's just most of them end their route at Neshaminy Mall).   I don't know exactly where you are in Philly but I used to catch the bus around Red Lion & the Blvd and it would take about 45 minutes.

I think going to Oxford Valley charges you a 1 zone fee when you get off at Oxford Valley (so 50 cents over the normal Septa fare.)

  2. Route 14 Goes from Frankford Terminal to Oxford Valley Mall.  It takes aproximately 58 minutes for the trip.

    Zone Charge

Most of SEPTA’s Suburban Bus Routes, and a select number of City Bus Routes have fare zones based upon the distance they travel from Center City.

The first zone is covered by the base fare ($2.00 cash, token, passes - TransPass, TrailPass, Cross County).

Riders using a Transpass must pay a $0.50 zone charge for each additional zone traveled. With a TrailPass, customers can travel through the same number of fare zones as the number indicated on the pass without paying any additional zone fares. Cross County pass riders can travel through all Suburban Fare zones without paying any additional fares; for travel into the City a zone fare must be paid.

The Zone Charge information listed below outlines which routes have fare zones, and where these zones begin and end. Routes that are not listed below do not have fare zones. The following information is also available on all Suburban route schedules.

You will be traveling trough 2 additional zones.
