Overall skill definately goes to Manny, but Valero has one punch KO power in both hands.  Valero KOed Nobuhito Honmo and Vincente Mosquera neither one of those guys are bums.

Both are heavy handed at 130, but Pacquiao has faced better opposition and has a little more boxing skills then Valero but believe me Valero has KO power in both hands I doubt this fight will happen due to the fact Valero has not fought anybody worth Pacquiao paying attention.

i think both of them have heavy fist. the point is who hits more. both of them also have weak defense. but pacman improve much of his defense lately,  thanks to coach freddie, if  the match will hapens  soon, i think pacman has a little advantage in defense,power and skills, only that valero is vulnerable, more agressive than pacman that i think makes him always intimidating in his fight.
