Question

I need to write a good opening sentence about the background of the USA :-S .. it's all about the sizes, natural hazards, people etc. Its higher Modern St I'm doing. So can anyone help me out with a good opening to it ?

I need a smart, interesting opening - much appreciated btw if you help me out :-D
