I sure am ! Even though I've never attended-never had the opportunity-I'm glad they took it away from CA. That was a joke to dump that kind of history. It's a much more entertaining race -don't think it will be as good as before with the piece of c**p COT, but oh well.

Yep, I'm happy but Nascar needs to finish the deal, and put it back on Labor Day weekend, then I'd be super happy. I'd even go back there then go to Myrtle Beach for a week..

I am i love Darlington the COT king of ruins the racing but its definitely the best track on the circuit.

Count me in! I love Darlington and glad to see the "Southern" come back. Just wish it was on Labor day though.

It's a good start, but it's just the name that's returning. They need to give the labor day date back to them. California doesn't deserve that date. They never sell out and it's not really a competitive race. They need to put the Southern 500 back on Labor Day weekend and then it will truly be back. But this is a good start.
