I'm not saying who is better, but who benefits more from their genes (as opposed to training, learned skills, etc.)?

  1. Michael Phelps, but I really like Usain Bolt too

  2. They both are very gifted athletes, that's for sure!  I don't know how you can compare the two, since they compete in different sports, and both excel (seems an understatement) at their sports. I don't know how to answer that question. I want to say Michael Phelps because he won 8 gold medals and is from the USA, but Usain Bolt is outstanding in running.

  3. Michael Phelps.

  4. Bolt was gifted with a way better last name, but that's not really genetics, more heredity. Recently, Phelps has been getting a lot of press coverage, and his body is more eccentrically shaped that Bolt's. However, Bolt has had a lot of attention for a few years now and doesn't seem to be losing his stride. Both have so many muscles and insane endurance, which I admire but it does astound me. They're both great athletes; I think Bolt has more of a record but Phelps is more genetically gifted. His height and large foot size (although I do know people with larger feet) only complement his gangly body while he's swimming. I think a news station ran a story just about Michael Phelps' body and mind.

  5. Phelps

Bolt is awesome but Phelps is better.
