Who's more outgoing? Pisces or Cancer?

I'm a Pisces girl.

In your opinion, who do you think is more outgoing and talkative? A Pisces or a Cancer? And who do you think is more shy out of the two???

Depends on the person, im a pisces and im told im super outgoing and i get in trouble for talking a lot.
Cancer's are shy at times but they can be really talkative too.
Not every person fits every part of thier sign.
