Who's my boss boss?

These people plan to evict me for non payment when I have proof that I paid them exactly 11 days before the payment date, so I do not want to speak to the manager, I want to speak to the person on top of the manager because the manager is just like the people who work there.

PS: I live in orlando FL Willow Key Apartment. How do I find the bosss.

  1. Google your state's corporation division and find the address of the management company's registered agent.

Phone calls and in-person discussions are worthless.  Put everything in writing and mail to the registered agent via Certified Mail and post a copy on the door of the office.

  2. There's more to this story than you're telling.  Why are they evicting you if you have "proof" that you've paid?  Is there another reason?

  3. Good luck.  The managers often feel it is in there best interest to keep you away from anyone higher up.

Call the city.  Speak with someone in the property tax department and ask them who owns it.  You can often do this on line and get an address and maybe a phone number also.

I still think your best bet is to send copies of your check or electronic transaction to the local manager along with a written (no phone calls) note explaining the mix up.
