Who's participating in earth hour tonight?

Question

Today, individuals, bussinesses and govnmt. officials all over the world are turning off the lights in a dramatic show of support against global warming to get involved, go to http://www.earthhour.org .....this was not a paid advertisement.

All of my friends and I are getting together for a party.  During that hour I am going to switch off all the electricity, maybe burn a single candle, and we are gonna have a nice friendly chat with some drinks in the dark.

I am. I think it's a great idea. I'm going out on the city tonight to see what happens, since it's usually covered in lights, and turning everything off at home.

Our world is going to die if we don't do anything.

I hope they are going to measure the sudden change in electricity. It would be neat to check it out.

The Earth is billlions of yrs old it was here loooong before man and it will be here long after man.

Excuse me, but yes it will. Don't be so narcisstic and vain. Man has only been on the planet for a blip of time. Dinosaurs and large mammals roamed the Earth for longer. The Earth has survived and will continue to survive. Volcanoes and ice ages and astroids hitting the Earth have not ended the Earth. To think that man is destroying the planet is beyond stupid. Al Gore has you sheeple brainwashed worse than a religion. Take a geology class.

Ok Cletic Thunder rocks my socks. the only reason global warming happened is because humans use natural resources that earth really needs. it's our humans fault that global warming is happening. so i'm SOO turning my lights off. you can turn on your dishwasher and dryer and all that lame stuff because it will be YOU who will get the huge bill, not us.

I will not be participating in that stupid earth hour thing. There's no point to it. People should be more concerned about the more important things that put the planet in danger.

Yeah, it will be so nice just to hear the quiet night and look up at the stars with out the glare of all the light. I'm looking forward to it! 8:00pm sharp!
