well alot of people say this person called them and they are from florida so i just think it is a telemarketer

It is a political call from Wilmington, MA (see source below for more info).

The second source (below) indicates that various political people use the same calling service (that phone number) to place automated calls.  The current politician is apparently someone named RJ Larizza who is running for the State's Attorney position in St. Augustine, Florida.
