This whole thing is just a never ending cycle between the people that love money and the people who love the enviornment. None of us are ever going to agree. It just seems pointless.

  1. Obama supporters

  2. Are you kidding?  It's just getting good!

On the serious side, don't ever become unconcerned about who you elect to represent you.  There is more to politics than the love of money and the environment.  We've become too simple in our demands and requirements and our representatives reflect that.  They dangle the one-issue carrot and most people bite.  Keep learning!

  3.   " I am"

  4. Not me, this is the best thing since the O.J. Simpson trial.

  5. Not me. I have 3 kids, so I stay as focused as possible. I want to make sure that I make the best choice this november so that they CAN have a strong future.

I don't believe in not being informed.

For those giving me a thumbs down, what in the h**l is your IQ. I answer the question without an attack on either candidate. Your thumbs down gets the middle finger straight up. You know who you are.

  6. Not me. I'm a political junkie, so I live for this stuff. I'm just sick of Obama's fans, including the media going ga-ga over him. It's not pointless; conservatives must defeat liberals for the good of America.

  7. If you think that the differences between parties are that one side "loves money" and the other "loves the environment", you need to go back to your textbooks.

Actually the Republicans do love the environment.  In fact, organizations such as the NRA give an enormous amount of money, and have set aside enormous pieces of private land, for the environment.   I am Republican, as is most of my family.  We are not rich, we do not "love money".  We struggle.  We just have the educations to understand how economy works.

I have spent some of the week in Denver amongst serious politics.  I spent the rest on blogs where adults are discussing the candidates, asking pertinent and informed questions, and have some grasp of reality.  Then I come HERE.  I'm sick of THIS.

So you ask, why am I here?  Because once in a while, I guess maybe I can teach someone something, based on experience.  And actually once in a while you get a good experienced voice here.  It's a rarity.

If you take time to look at some sites that are a little more . . .. uh. . . .mature in their readership, you would be less frustrated.  There are many.  Since you seem to be Dem-leaning, try http://blog.pumapac.org   That's pretty interesting.

    What a shame!

  10. I heard stories that a grizzly roamed these parts. I never took it to mean much since I'd never seen one. But that morning as I hiked my way up Sand Mountain, I encountered a beast that would scare the living daylights out even the toughest of hunters of the Appalachian Trail. It was then that I remembered it was Election Day, and I had sworn that I would never vote for McCain. But that was before I had watched the ghastly video of Obama pulling the wings off that bug, smiling, and reaching for his tweezers. And I knew by the look in the eyes what type of vision he had for the America I loved, the country I was prepared to die for.

  11. I was sick of it and rather apathetic till McCain announced his Vp. Im excited now. Still not all that cracked about McCain, still hate Obama, but Palin made things a little better.

  12. Not me.  I'm a political nerd and I can't stop watching.

  13. I am I'm so tired of hearing obut that s**++
