  1. eircom broadband

  2. I'm with eircom, €29.99 a month, 2 MB speed and 20GB download limit.

  3. eircom

  4. I  use Irish broadband  which was shite for a while, and I had to get them out to change my connection, but it works perfect now.. it's 2 meg bandwidth and costs 35 euro per month.. my friend uses eircom and says they are shite, andhe wants to change.. shop around .. you can get up to 6 meg for much the same price as I pay

  5. I'm with Gaelic telecom - they charge me 9.99 a month for always on and it's very fast with very little downtime.

While it's a great price for the service you have to take their telephone calls package to get that rate - mind you you have to do that with most of the others too.

BTW downtime is something they're all going to be prone to more or less evenly I would think as anytime our bband is down all bband in the area tends to be down. In our case downtime is usually explained by a fault at the local exchange.

  6. I use imagine same as gaelic telecom as they own it.

€50 per mont which includes line rental and unlimited always on broadband for 9.99 also includes free calls to all local and national calls in the republic of ireland.

  7. Best service is not quite right, the less c**p is more like it....

I have NTL (Cable) 3Mb for 29.99 a month, no VoIP, no TV over IP and 30Go download limit per month.

My folks in France for 24.99 have 10 Mb, no cap, IP TV, free WIFI router, VoIP phone to 50 countries for free....

So we are a bit lagging here....

  8. Not clearwire...it doesn't work around 30 per cent of the time.

  9. eircom i use

but most companies offer the same offers

  10. We've had very bad service from Eircom, and are very happy with BT now, hardly any downtimes, but the best service varies with the area, I've been told. We are in rural Donegal.
