The strongest and most skilled martial artist period, is a woman from China, probably in her 40's, who is a master of the Yang style of Tai Chi Chuan and likely trained in all the 5 frames rumored to be the complete training regiment.  Don't know her name, where exactly in China she lives, but likely she's not an urban woman but a "country yokle."  That's actually kinda funny; New York city prides itself in having a resident Shaolin monk, not realizing that a bunch of new yorkers are learning Shaolin Kung Fu from China's equivalent of a "yokle."  No disrespect to Sifu Yang Ming, but I find that kind of amusing given how much the city looks down on them.
