I'm a firm believer of pace out wide. But you can have the fastes wing in world rugby, but if his not a finisher than it doesn't help.

I believe the best wing in world rugby is Joe Rokocoko at the moment. He's got gas to burn and he is a finisher

Of those 4 I would have to say Sitiveni Sivivatu. But in the world, it is Brian Habana from South Africa, he has got some serious speed.
