Who's the man with the beard who makes cameos in several Invader Zim episodes?

He's pale, kind of big, with long black hair, a black beard, and a waiscoat (I think). He's eating a hotdog in The Wettening and he's one of the professional people at the school in Careers Day... I've seen him a load of other times but I can't remember where XD

Who is he? My sister said he's Roman Dirge (cos he appeared soon after Jhonen Vasquez in The Wettening) but I don't think so, cos he looks nothing like Roman Dirge.

His name is Steve Ressel.  He's the director of Zim.  Along with 'The Wettening', he's also in the episodes 'The Nightmare Begins', 'Germs', 'Attack of the Saucer Morons', and as you mentioned, 'Career Day'.
