  1. In America the most decorated group would be southern boys Our military is fulled with southerns who love this country deeply Sorry have no idea about the Brits or Canadians

  2. Audie Murphy -US Army Infantry WW2

Chesty Puller - USMC Officer WW2-Korea

i dont think chesty is the most decorated..but he still has a ton.there are other Marines like dan daly i think with two medal of honors as well

  3. My immediate thought to  your question was Audie Murphy of WWII fame in the Army.  "MarineCo. . ." has a great answer in Chesty Puller USMC of WWII fame as well.  I'm sorry that that's all I can give you.  God Bless you.

  4. Lieutenant Colonel Matt Louis Urban (August 25, 1919- March 4, 1995) was a U. S. Army officer who served with distinction in World War II. Urban was recipient of 29 U.S., French, and Belgian military decorations including the Medal of Honor, Silver Star with one Oak Leaf Cluster, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with "V" Combat Distinguishing Device and two Oak Leaf Clusters, Purple Heart with six Oak Leaf Clusters, Combat Infantryman Badge, Presidential Unit Citation, American Defense Service Medal, American Theater Medal, European-African-Middle Eastern Theater Medal with four bronze campaign stars, World War II Victory Medal, Croix de Guerre avec Etoile Vermeil (France)

  5. The most decorated soldier ever was Audie Murphy during WW2 who earned 33 medals including the Medal of honor for fighting off a massive german counter attack single handed using a browning 50cal on a burning tank!

  6. GI JOE?

    RAMBO?

    JOHN WAYNE?

  7. Arthur Martin-Leake and Noel Godfrey Chavasse were both British medical soldiers who were awarded the Victoria Cross twice during WW1.

Another man, Captain Charles Upham won two Victoria Crosses in combat in WW2, in addition to a stash of other decorations. But he was a New Zealander, so that probably doesn't fit your criteria.
