Why are people answering this question with known players who were drafted in the first round? Brady (6th round pick) and Romo (undrafted) were both no-name players who shined out of nowhere.

To answer your question, the next Brady and Romo was actually Derek Anderson and David Garrard last season. As for this year and the future.. you never know because the players mentioned were pretty unknown until they actually got to play. So, it can't be answered until it happens.

To be the next Tom Brady they would have to come in off the bench your first year starting and lead a team that was a struggling franchise beforehand and turn them into a dynasty. I'm just not sure that we will see that happen again... especially considering where he was drafted. I don't think we will see a player come along like Brady again.

I think the next Marques Colston is Josh Morgan on the Niners(6th rd). He was really productive with JT O'Sullivan in the Packers game.
